How long does AI generation take? ▼
Most generations complete in 15–30 seconds. During peak hours it may take up to 60 seconds. Pro and Studio plan users get priority queue access for faster results.
What does the commercial licence include? ▼
Every paid download includes a full commercial licence — you can use the image in advertising, social media, print, packaging, and digital campaigns. You own the rights to use it for your brand. Reselling or redistribution of the raw image file is not permitted.
Can I regenerate if I don't like the results? ▼
Yes — you can regenerate unlimited times before making a payment. You only pay when you choose to download a final image. Free plan users get 3 regenerations per month; Pro and Studio users get unlimited regenerations.
What resolution is the final download? ▼
Downloads are available in Standard (2K / 2048px), High (4K / 4096px) at ₹999, and Ultra (8K / 8192px) at ₹1,999. All files are delivered as TIFF + JPG pairs.
How does bulk ordering work? ▼

Can I get a refund? ▼
We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if the generated image is technically defective (corrupted file, wrong resolution). We don't offer refunds based on personal preference since you get to preview all images before paying.
Do you offer white-label services? ▼
Yes — Studio plan subscribers and enterprise clients can get white-label outputs with no Pixell Persona watermarks or metadata. Contact us for enterprise API access and custom integrations.
